    Live Music Lineup Revealed for Grant Park Summer Shade Festival

    The Grant Park Conservancy has revealed the live music lineup and schedule for the 17th annual Grant Park Summer Shade Festival on Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25, 2019. Earning a reputation as a must-attend event to see some of the hottest up-and-coming bands, local talent and notable favorites, festival goers are invited to watch two days of nonstop high-energy performances. Featuring a diverse lineup for all tastes, 2019 artists include Blair Crimmins, Stripped, Cicada Rhythm, Common Ground, Old Ceremony, Mafia do Samba, ASH, R.A.H and many more.

    Produced by and benefiting the Grant Park Conservancy, the 2019 Grant Park Summer Shade Festival is open to all ages and free to attend. In addition to the impressive music lineup, this year’s festival will also have an expansive artist market, a Kids Zone presented by Grant Park Parents Network, the annual Adams Realtors Run for the Park 5K, a diverse selection of local food trucks, wine, frosty beers, craft cocktails and more.

    Additionally, tickets are now available for the exclusive VIP Lounge. Attendees are invited to relax in a private tent and enjoy complimentary food from a local caterer, premium wines, Monday Night Brewing craft beer, and the Signature Summer Shade Cocktail served in a souvenir cup. Guests are also invited to enjoy private, air-conditioned restrooms, misting stations, lounge seating.  Both single day and weekend VIP tickets are available for purchase at www.summershadefestival.org/vip.

    Park Tavern Announces First Round of Performers for Sunset Sessions

    Park Tavern is excited to announce the return of Sunset Sessions powered by Mountain Dew – a weekly, alternative music series in Piedmont Park that is raising the bar for live music experiences in Atlanta!

    First launched in 2015, ALT 105.7 and Park Tavern will once again join forces to bring Atlantans and visitors alike a phenomenal lineup of live music from some of today’s most buzz-worthy artists every Sunday for free this spring and summer. The annual series will kickoff on April 28th under Park Tavern’s spacious, air-conditioned Garden Tent with Athens, Georgia native rocker, T. Hardy Morris with support from Neighbor Lady and Teddy & The Rough Riders.

    Located conveniently on the Atlanta BeltLine, concert goers can enjoy giveaways throughout the series and the opportunity to mingle with on-air personalities from ALT 105.7 in Atlanta. And, in addition to the full menu, fans can try specialty seasonal cocktails, ice-cold house-brews, fresh oysters, 1/2 priced sushi flown in from Hawaii from 9 p.m. to midnight, and much more.

    City Winery Announces Spring Wine Down Weekends Lineup

    City Winery at Ponce City Market is thrilled to announce the return of Wine Down Weekends, a free music series held on the expansive, dog-friendly patio every Friday and Saturday this spring from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  Kicking off on Friday, March 1st with a high-energy show from artist, Wesley Cook, the series will take place through May 2019.

    The annual series kicked off on April 29th under Park Tavern’s spacious, air conditioned Garden Tent with multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, Kishi Bashi. Since then, the series has hosted an amazing lineup of up-and-coming talent, along with local favorites, including: Gurufish; John Boy & Surround Sound; The Get Right Band; Hank & Cupcakes; Ayo River; and The High Divers.
