Combining light, dark and overproof rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, orgeat and water, the boozy libation will cool down guests after a leisurely stroll on the Atlanta BeltLine or a rousing game of bocce ball on TWO’s spacious outdoor patio.
TWO urban Licks’ Mai Tai Slushy Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Parts Light Rum
- 2 Parts Dark Rum
- ½ Part Overproof Rum
- 1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Part Orange Curacao
- 1 Part Orgeat
- 1.5 Part Water
Directions
- Using a refractometer, adjust Brix (measurement of sugar in an aqueous solution) to 14 degrees.
- Add water to lower Brix, grenadine or simple syrup if higher Brix needed.
- When desired sugar content is achieved, add ingredients and set machine to freeze.
- Garnish with pineapple spear, lime wedge, umbrella or anything fun.
- Serve and enjoy!
