    Atlanta Community Food Bank’s Simple Abundance Class with Concentrics

    Attendees can to learn tips from Executive Chef Michael Bertozzi of TWO urban licks and Executive Chef Matt Weinstein of TAP.  Participants will learn how to prepare cast iron searing steaks, which includes how to select a steak and a quality cast iron pan and how to sear and baste steaks.

    Additionally, participants will learn how to make loaded baked potato Parisian gnocchi along with French Crullers. The dessert will have with the same pate a choux dough that is the base of the gnocchi. Concentrics Managing Partner Todd Rushing will also be on hand to discuss wine pairings that will complement the dishes.  Eager to learn participants will also have the chance to win tasty door prizes.
